  • Data Retention and Processing::

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to address your request, unless you exercise your right to erasure, or for the time required to comply with legal obligations and address any potential liabilities arising from the purposes for which the data were collected. If necessary, PERAGALLO SL will delete or rectify data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer needed for its intended purpose, in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.

PERAGALLO SL implements reasonably reliable and effective physical, organizational, and technological measures, controls, and procedures aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your personal data and ensuring your privacy. However, we cannot assume liability for damages caused by third-party interference with our IT systems, electronic documents, or user files.

All personnel with access to personal data have been trained and are aware of their obligations regarding the processing of personal data.
